Where can I download Flash Player full stand alone installer?

Hi,

I need to download the full flash player stand alone package. This is because I need administrative rights to install flash player, but whilst our PC's are set up so one can not access the internet whilst logged on as administrator. (Go figure!)

So I need to download the full package please.
