I'm putting together a music video in Premiere Pro CS4. I had the music and video finished. Upon adding a new Video Layer (video2) for titles, my main video which is on layer 1 no longer shows up when I do Export Media and produce an flv file. The titles are only on screen for a few seconds out of the whole 3 minute video, and the visibility eye next to my regular/main video on Video1 layer is still there (so layer should be visible). And I can see my main video in the background beneath the titles within Premiere Pro.
This has happened several times - first I thought it was a glitch , or that I'd unchecked visibility - or messed something up in After Effect which shared a Dynamic LInk with Premiere Pro - but I can't figure it out and same thing keeps happeneing.
I've tried clicking the grayish area at left of each track Video1, Video2, and Audio 1. Also Used CTRL A to select everything. In the settings for Export Media I've Chosen FLV with the standard settings.
I may have messed up the bit rate - and I did see somewhere that that needed to be above 1500kbps or so for encoding some type of video.
Any ideas what could be wrong here and how to fix it?
thanks
That is weird. Try another format, how does it work?
