Document skipping to beginning when saving

I have a weird problem.  I am using Flash Builder 4.5.   When I save an MXML document, the document skips to the top of the file.  This is annoying behavior that was not present in the previous version.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

I found a possible solution to this.  When I disabled design mode under the Window menu, the problem stopped. Weird.
