I just finished editing my movie and when I try rendering it, I get the following error :
I have a machine with 2GB of Ram and I'm wondering how to solve this problem. How can I reduce the quality/size of this video ? I used a template for this video and green screen.
2GB is a very small amount of RAM for using After Effects.
Tell us more about your composition and source footage so that we can better make recommendations for how to reduce the memory demands.
This section of After Effects Help tells several things that increase the memory demands for rendering. You can use that list to determine what things to change to reduce the memory demands.
What version of AE? What footage? What effects? o what output format are you rendering? Too many variables here. Todd has of course a point, but on the other hand just having little RAM is not per se the problem but rather a combination of things...
