Installing Flash on a G4 Mac?

Hi, folks- Maybe you can help me out, here. After a disc crash, I'm attempting to resurrect my old Mac G4. According to the Flash Archive, I'm supposed to install fp 10.1, to match my OS X 10.4.11 (the last version of "Tiger"), but after downloading, it refuses to install. This is a pre-Intel, power Mac, with a 700 Mz processor. Any suggestions?
