Download Configuration Failed?

I am running Windows XP, 32-bit machine, 512 RAM... I have had no problems installing Flash in the past, however I was trying to update from 10 to 11 and I kept getting the error message "Download configuration failed."  I uninstalled Flash completely and then downloaded the installer for 11. I disabled my Antivirus program and tried to install, but I'm getting the same error. It's the same for iExplorer and Firefox... ANy idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?

i'm not familiar with that error, but can you try using the direct link to the installer without the AIH shim?
