Preview - but just the current page

Is there a way to go into Overlay Creator's Preview where it immediately jumps to the current page - or even just previews the current page alone? For example, is there a modifier key such as Alt/Opt + Preview? If not, shouldn't there be one?

For example, I'm working on the last page of a picture-heavy document and I want to preview just that page as I make changes to an HTML animation or whatever. Currently I have to wait for the entire document to be rendered, then drag downwards. Perhaps there would be unpredictable results if the rendering could be bypassed, but wouldn't it make sense to automatically go to the current page?

But please, tell me there's a way.
