adding border to a flash container div...

      hi,

      I have a div for a Flash container set to 800 x 600.

      - I have added a border in CSS of 1px. The border does not display in the browser. Why? Do I need to re-set my dimension to 799px x 599px?

      Thanks!

No.  the border is added to the overall DIV dimensions.  So if your DIV is 800 x 600 then they become 802 x 602 (both sides of the border - all 4 in total).  If you also decide to have margins and paddings then you have to add these too to the overall size.

You need to post a link of your test page for us to see your code to suggest a possible solution.
