Depends... If it's 2D, you can use distortion tools and effects like the Puppet tool, Bezier Warp, Mesh Warp etc. That to a degree would also give a sufficient illusion on a 3D layer. If you realyl need to bend in 3D, Freeform/ FreeFform Pro or a 3D program are your only options and in eitehr case you'll have to learn how to work with these plug-ins/ programs and of course you would have to spend money one way or the other...
Try a Google Search for tutorials. Use After Effects Crumpled Paper for example and you'll come up with a bunch of options. Your project is not a single click, single plug-in effect unless you want to go for a simple page peel (another Google Search) or a version of Card Dance.
