Hello, we're currently in the early stages of prototyping a sales/support/CRM tool which will utilise voice/video conferencing as well as text IM (chat).
Cirrus would be an easy choice for this. But we have an added requirement of being able to optionally monitor voice/video/text communication for training/security etc. Would Cirrus be a wise choice for this? Is it even technically compatible with Cirrus' security constraints? Would there be any limitations?
