Flash 64 bit can not install

The install process starts the "Chrome portion" completes.  As Flash is installing, during what is labeled as "downloading" when it reaches 50% it fails and say that Flash can not register.

I have run a Uniblue register cleaner that does not change the result.  Any ideas on how I can get around this problem?

i'm not understanding the "Chrome portion" but some users are having success installing using the direct links to the installer.  would you mind to try?  links are located in this FAQ: http://forums.adobe.com/message/3952360
