I have an Epson NX125 multi-function printer/scanner. Recently when I go to scan a document in portrait and save it in PDF it saves in landscape. This is not the fault of the Epson as when I save in any other format it saves correctly i.e. scan in portrait it saves in portrait. I've examined the settings for Reader X (10.1.1) but I can't find anywhere that would change the saving of scanned files from my Epson scanner.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Adobe Reader doesn't scan documents. It is a problem of your scanning software.
Thanks for your reply Bernd and I am aware of what Adobe does and does not do. I just find it strange when I scan a document in every other format i.e. JPG BMP etc etc it will save in the correct format that it was scanned in (Portrait or landscape).
You may check the settings in your scanning software.
