I'm trying to export a 1-minute-long video from PREL to FLV using Premiere Elements 10, but every time I export it, random colored bars pop up on the right side of the video during some transitions between scenes. Example pics below. I have tried deleting and reapplying all transitions in the video, to no avail. When I export to WMV or F4V, the colored bars do not appear, nor do I see them in preview mode while working with the native PREL file. Thoughts? Thanks for your help!
I do not know if this PrPro CS5 THREAD will be useful (much will apply to PrPro, and not to PrE), but one user was having issues with the PAR in FLV translating properly, where things were fine in F4V.
I am wondering if in PrE, instead of "stretching" the Frame a bit, you are seeing "around the edge," and that is being displayed as a colored bar, a few pixels wide?
Just thinking here, but good luck,
I agree with Bill, I have had the same "problem" on my latest creation.... which is only visible in the burnt DVD.
By changing the scale of each clip to 103% I managed to reduce the problem considerably.
Hope of use.
