Is there any way to have a Pantone Color Swatch Panel always available.

This is an odd question, but it has come up a few times, so I figured its worth throwing on here.

In Illustrator, you can open a Pantone swatch panel and keep it open in the application, by setting it to be persistent.

In InDesign, we have to go to the new swatches panel and - click new swatch - spot color- find the chart we want and finally scroll through the colors. Is there anything in InDesign or maybe a 3rd party plug-in that lets you keep Pantone color panels open at all times?
