How do I save extracted audio in the original folder?

In CS5: When I use the Extract and Replace command to edit the audio track of a WAV file in Sound Booth, how can I get the resulting, edited file saved automatically in the same source folder? Sound Booth insists on saving in c:\temp, which is inconvenient and dangerous, since I often empty temp folders. There doesn't seem to be any setting in either PPro or SB for this, and I can't find any help articles on it. As a workaround, I manually move the extracted files and peak files, then use the Replace Footage command. But that's a hassle and easy to forget.
