Product: Adobe creative suite 5.5 design premium - Education edition
Computer: iMac (OS 10.6.6)
I got the serial number in email on Oct 1, activated the suite with no problem and used Illustrator couple of time. Yesterday when I opened Illustrator it said that I have to activate and can't connect to the internet although my computer still connected to the internet. Chat to 2 customer support but they said that it's technical problem, I need to talk to technical support. Tried to call technical support (Australia), couldn't get through.
So I uninstall and reinstall the suite but when I entered the serial number, it said that "This serial number is not valid for this product". Can somebody please help to tell me how to fix it or who is the right person to contact!! I really need to use the softwares urgently. Thank you!
PS. Sorry that I posted this in 2 different forums. I'm really desperate!
You have to contact Adobe technical support - they're really the only ones who can help... In the meantime, you might be able to use the software in Free Trial mode for 30 days, if you weren't already on a trial.
