DTEurope_1000 Oct 21, 2011 10:56 PM (in response to Todd_Kopriva)Hi Todd,
thanks for the help, but I will not open a support case and pay 249 Dollar to workaround a bug.
Maybe do you know why that is not working proper or have a hint for me?

Todd_Kopriva Oct 22, 2011 7:23 AM (in response to DTEurope_1000)Why would a call to technical support cost $249?
See this page, which states that you can get free technical support for product defects:
http://www.adobe.com/support/programs/customer/gss.html
Also, exactly what are you trying to do with Resource Central? It may be that what you're trying to do doesn't require Resource Central at all, since most things that you can get through there are available through other (better) means.

DTEurope_1000 Oct 22, 2011 9:43 AM (in response to Todd_Kopriva)Hi Tood,
thanks for the feedback.
I found something like 249 Dollor. Ok, maybe it doesn´t matter.
The only reason to use Resource Central in Premiere Pro is the use of the templates. The crazy thing is that Resource Central is working in the other programs (Photoshop, Encore, Soundbooth...).
Maybe there is an other way to view/download the Premiere Pro Templates.

6. Re: Premiere Pro Resource Central Connection Problem
DTEurope_1000 Oct 22, 2011 10:40 PM (in response to Todd_Kopriva)After login I got: "You have no orders."
The reason for it is maybe that I ordered the Production Premium not at the Adobe Store. The package is bought by a german dealer and shipped via DVD.
Is there another way to download the content?
