Can't export Quicktime ProRes - any ideas or alternatives?

I have some sequences that I need to export for a client who is editing on an AVID system.  They really like ProRes but from what I read you can't export ProRes unless you have Final Cut Pro installed on your machine.  I'm using Premiere Pro  CS5 on a Vista 64 machine.  If ProRes won't fly the client is open to taking another format.  Should I just go with an uncompressed AVI, or should I look into some of the others I've been reading about such as Lagarith or AVID DNXHD?  Thanks.
