    Interlaced AVCHD playback problem

I'm carrying this over from another thread that had a more specific title.  Through some investigation, it appears that--on two completely different machines with files from different cameras--I am unable to properly play back interlaced AVCHD video in Premiere Pro.

The video bounces up and down a few pixels at a few Hz, as if the camera was unsteady.  In Windows Media Player, the video is rock solid.  In Premiere Pro, both in source monitor and rendered video, it bounces.

Here's an example I uploaded to YouTube which shows the problem.  (It's easier to see full screen.)  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMzRfqfYmbM

I've tried a variety of things, but I'm hoping with a broader title on this post, more eyes can look at this and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

      Here's the earlier thread...  http://forums.adobe.com/message/3979915

Thanks to everyone who's helped so far.
