New guy. Setting up system. Some Questions.

I use to dabble in video editing back when Premiere Elements was originally released. I'd like to get back into that for personal videos/gaming montages. Below is my system and I was wondering if it looks okay, or if there is anything else I can do to it. My main concern is the fact I have an ATI card. I can't seem to figure out if having an nvidia card will help me or not. I don't think I'll be doing anything too advanced (like HD) just yet if that means anything.

      Intel 2600K overclocked to 4.5ghz

      8GB 1866mhz RAM

      XFX ATI 6950 2GB

120GB OCZ Vertex 3 SSD (Windows)

120GB OCZ Vertex 3 SSD (Games)

256GB Crucial M4 SSD (Steam Games)

1TB WD Black (General Storage for personal media)

2x 640GB WD Blacks in RAID 0 (Currently Unused)

      Windows 7 64bit Pro

Obviously, I want Premiere 5.5 to perform pretty well on this sytem. I really want to know if I should sell/trade this card for the Nvidia equivalent. (560Ti?)

Also, for hard drives. How should I best utilize what I have? Install Adobe on an SSD and then have all media, cache, junk onto the RAID0? Thanks.
