[<Alt> eye icon] doesn´t show "all other visible layers"

In a multi-layer image, [<Alt> eye icon] is supposed to show/hide all other visible layers.  However, for some reason, it doesn´t work with me.  I do that, and nothing happens...  Does anybody have a clue what may be going on?

Holding down the Alt key and left mouse button clicking on an eyeball icon in the LAYERS panel seems to work for me here.

If you right-click on an eyeball icon and choose Show/Hide all other layers, what happens?  Should be the same thing.

I noticed that this issue only happens on certain of my image files only.  I have one image with more than a dozen layers, where the [<Alt>Eye Icon] shortcut doesn´t work on any layer.  However, if I [<Right Click>Eye Icon], I can pick "Show/Hide all other Visible Layers", as you suggested, and that works, so thank you, Noel, for that tip.  At least now I can do it this way. On other image files with as many layers, the [<Alt>Eye Icon] shortcut does work on all layers.  May be some of my files have some problem in their structure; I don´t know...  I tried re-saving on some problem files, though, and it didn´t help.

But, I repeat that with your tip, at least I have one way of accomplishing what I wanted to do even on my problem files.  Thanks again.
