OK, I have split my large project into three. I am going to daisy chain them together. Now if I use an Index on segment one and want to jump to a slide on segment two or three and jump back to the index, is that possible and if so...how do I accomplish this?

I don't think you can jump to a particular slide in another project, only jump to that project itself which will always start at slide1, linking back to the index is simple enough by placing a button to link back to index.htm in the button properties. This is assuming you have the index either as a separate project, or on slide 1 of segment 1, so when linking back to segment 1 it will open the menu slide.
