You can grab member("3D").image, and print that.
How are you dealing with the printing?
thanks for the quick reply.
I know this will sound really dumb, but what do you mean by grab member("3D").image. what is the syntax for that? Should I then print that using member("3D").print
myImage = member("name of your 3D member").image
To show it in a bitmap member:
new(#bitmap).image = myImage
member("3D").print() will not do anything. Have you created a way to print any other content?
I have not created a way to print any other content. What should I do?
I am still having problems with printing the 3D image. I have not created a way to print any other content. What should I do?
Openspark told you how to create a bitmap of the 3D member.
Printing itself is not implemented directly in Director.
Just search older discussions, how to print from Director. This has beed discussed very often.
Thanks for the feedback. I wasn’t aware that an xtra was required to print, as this is the first time that I have needed to print anything out. I have looked at the older discussions, most of which seem to be about not being able to contact printOmatic. Is there an xtra out there that works, and where can I find it?
