    Render to ISO?

I'm using the trail of Premiere Elements 10.  Is there a way for me to share, render, or export my final video directly to an ISO in BD format?

I want to be able to create an ISO so I can preview it on my TV using my Western Digital TV Plus device first.  And then later burn the ISO to BD disks.

I use this workflow using a product call ProShow Gold when creating slide show videos, and ProShow Gold allows me to render my video to either BD disk or ISO.  The workflow is perfect for me.

If anyone has suggestions on how I can accomplish this a different way, please advise.

Outputting an ISO is not possible in Premiere Elements, ralz.

This is why many people supplement Premiere Elemetns with DVD Archtiect Studio, a $35 download from Sony Creative Software. A dedicated DVD and BluRay disc authoring program, DVD Architect has many more options for creating disc menus and outputting the files.

Please refresh my feeble memory, but has PrE 10 added Burn to Folder for BD? I know that it was not in PrE 9.

If it HAS been added, then one could Burn to Folder and use the great, free burning program, ImgBurn to "convert" the Folder to an ISO.

If not, then I would look into DVD Architect too.

There is no Burn to Folder option in Premiere Elements 10, Bill. Sorry. That's just for DVDs.

That is what I thought, but wanted to check.

I've filed another Feature Request for that capability for this version. As Adobe Encore has that feature, and is built on the same Sonic/Roxio AuthorcCore as PrE's authoring features, it should not be that hard for Adobe to implement. We will see.

Thanks for the replies and comments guys.  Since I can't go right to a BluRay ISO from Premiere Elements 10, how do I ouput my project from Premiere if I were to suppliment it with Sony DVD Architect to create my ISO?

I'm looking to create 720p projects in Premiere at 60fps.

BluRay is 1440x1080 non-square pixels (equivalent to 1920x1080). So you'd use Share/Computer/MPEG with the 1440x1080 30i (or 25 for PAL) to create your DVD Architect source video.

DVD Architect is also capable of creating 1280x720 at 59.94p if you set up the Properties correctly. Though I'm not sure what the ideal format would be to output from Premiere Elements to fit a project like that. Version 10 has a number of great options under Share/Computer/AVCHD that might be worth exploring.
