    Today's issue - Fireworks CS5.5 not working at all

      Trying to use Fireworks CS5.5 for the second time since a clean install on a new Windows 7 machine and now I can't open any files, Fireworks just crashed when I selected 5 jpeg files to open. Restarting the application and try opening one file at a time gives an ïnternal error". Then trying to close Fireworks gives two internal errors. Had to use task manager to kill it off.

       

      Is it possible to get the money back for the Web Premium Suite?

          Adobe accepts returns within 30 days of receipt. It usually takes 2-3 days after you have placed an order for it to be eligible for return. Before you return a product, you must:

          Return by phone or chat: Contact Adobe Customer Service

          Return details: Read before initiating your return

          • Make your return request within 30 days of receiving the product.
          • If the product has been installed and activated, you must deactivate it and uninstall it before proceeding with the return. Adobe does not process a refund unless all copies of the software have been deactivated.
          • Adobe releases credit and PayPal refunds within five business days from the time of your request. Refunds for other forms of payment are released with 7-10 business days.
          • Adobe provides the refund in the same manner in which you paid for the product.
            • Credit card refunds are credited against the card used for the purchase.
            • Purchase order refunds issue a credit against the account balance.
            • PayPal refunds are credited to your PayPal account
            • If you purchased from a reseller, you will receive a refund by check. Check refunds can take an additional 7-10 business days due to mailing time (longer for Canada and Mexico). Refunds from resellers are only offered in North America.
          • Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
