x5 Updates

I am still using X5 version and recently reinstalled. Did not install the updates available. Tried to find them today and get an error about not being able to find the server.
Does anyone know if those updates are still available? and if so, how I can access them?
I am unable to import a Word doc and I know that is one of the updates.

Via the Adobe menus Support | Updates and select RoboHelp.

Thank you so much. Large Help! For some reason the updates just won't run from within RoboHelp anymore.

The updates from RHX5 go to the old Macromedia server which no longer exists since they were bought by Adobe - hence the error.
