I purchased CS5 extended yesterday and was so excited about it I wrote the below email to friends and several said I should send it to Adobe. So I have, enjoy...
Ferrari PhotoShop Convertible
Yesterday I purchased PhotoShop CS5 Extended Upgrade with Lightroom 3 full. $542.63. Add that to CS3 Extended which I purchased earlier in the year, $230. $772.63 Total. Absolute state of the art. All the bells and whistles. The most advanced photo manipulation systems available.
Tantamount to blasting into a Ferrari Showroom out of breath and bee-lining, arms stretched towards the very, very, very most expensive model. Sales people jumping up, chairs tipping over backwards. "I'll buy it! I'll buy it! I'll buy it!" And a sales person asking a singular question, "Sir, are you capable of driving this vehicle?" Drying my tears of joy, "No."
I don't care. I don't want the crappy lesser model. I don't want the outdated. I don't want yesterday. I just jumped into the flashiest Ferrari Photoshop convertible there is. "For God sake open the showroom doors and stand back."
By the way, even CS3 has this freakin' shaddow management system. On photos where the background is way too dark and the photo is useless, just click and the freakin' shaddowed background comes completely to life leaving the foreground unchanged. I actually gasped when I saw this. Then you can individually manipulate the blues and reds, and yellows and black of the shaddowed area to your liking. You're killing me. PhotoShop you are killing me. Please stop. Please!
Be well. Knucklehead Fred. Aerostotle says hi.
