Hyperlink error

I'm not sure why the below hyperlink isn't working.  Even though I entered the actual path for the file, users are getting an error message stating that the path is mapped to a local drive and therefore is not accessible.  I've deleted the old link and create a new one but it's still not working.  Any ideas?

Hi there

Normally when you have a link that fails like that it is incorrectly mapped. I'm not sure what you mean with "the below hyperlink" as no screen capture or whatever was posted. Did you intend to?
