What setting was chosen for the camera? That will determine what choice you make with the Project's Preset.
That is the question, really, which setting to choose for the camera. There are many choices. But I believe after reading this forum that I should NOT chose 60/50/24 P! With both file formats 60i or 50i I can record 24 mbps or 17 mbps. I believe 24 is HD and 17 is Standard? I went ahead and purchased PE 10. I couldn't figure out how to reply to this thread on Adobe.com so I am replying to the email. I wonder if I even have my question clear.
I didn't know much about your camera but when I went through the link, http://www.digitalreview.ca/content/Sony-a65-Interchangeable-Lens-Camera.shtml, I think your camera shoots in progressive mode : 1920 x 1080 video with 24p/50p progressive shooting as well as 1440 x 1080 (Approx.25fps, Progressive) again.
If thats the case, then you can use DSLR 1080p presets of PRE10 (NTSC or PAL depending on your settings) You can get that information by choosing the preset settings and going through the description.
