1. Re: Lost my stability after installing Pixelan 3D Six-Pack Transitions
Bill Hunt Nov 16, 2011 12:15 PM (in response to Darren Kelly)Darren,
I've not heard of this, but would contact Pixelan, as their T/S is excellent, and has always been very, very quick.
Good luck,

2. Re: Lost my stability after installing Pixelan 3D Six-Pack Transitions
Darren Kelly Nov 16, 2011 12:23 PM (in response to Bill Hunt)I have, and they assure me they are looking at it for me. Do you have this package installed, and are you using an Nvidia card and have enabled Mercury Playback Engine? I'm wondering if that is the issue because I was getting Open GL error 6 and according to tech support, they don't use Open GL
Too bad really. I liked the selection of transitions it offered.

Bill Hunt Nov 16, 2011 12:44 PM (in response to Darren Kelly)Darren,
No, I have not upgraded my Pixelan Spice yet, and still use it on an older installation, or I'd be happy to test, and report. Sorry.
Good luck,
Hunt

4. Re: Lost my stability after installing Pixelan 3D Six-Pack Transitions
Harm Millaard Nov 16, 2011 1:04 PM (in response to Darren Kelly)Darren,
I have the whole Pixelan range of plug-ins, Six pack, SpiceMaster etc. and it has worked for me without any problems, including CS5.5.2 Never had any trouble while using a nVidia GTX 480 with various drivers.
Bill gave you the right advise to contact Michael, because he is always very quick to answer any questions you have and their support is superb.
My feeling is that something else is going on here, if you intended to add: 'not responding' to the famous error message.
