When user has a pdf open and goes up to file-->attach to email he receives "your microsoft exchange server is unavailable" and he cannot attach the file to email, but he can send and receive emails. Can anyone point me in a direction...I have checked settings and prefernces everything and anything I can think of and he still cannot use that feature. I uninstalled x and installed 9.3 but still having the same issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Which email client are you using? If you are using Outlook 2010 64bit, then please install Reader X latest version 10.1.1 available on the adobe.com site.
We are using Outlook 2003 the version of adobe reader is 9.4.0. If no one in the company could use the feature it would make more sense then only him. I can use the attach to email feature in reader without issue. I uninstalled 10.1.1 and reinstalled 9.4 hoping that maybe going back would help, but he still has issues with it.
