Have you worked through any tutorials? My free 8 part Basic Training series is a good place to start.
You're also asking for a lot on a single forum post. I don't know if we can adequately do all of those tasks justice as a forum response.

I would definitely recommend starting with Steve's Basic Training Series. That will get you started, and once you understand the first basic rule, "Your Project Preset must match your source footage," things will get better, and much easier.
Next, if the music is on a Music CD, it is in the CDA format, and you will need to rip that to PCM/WAV for Import into PrE. The free Audacity, is good for doing this.
As for the Titles, can you give us more info?
