I have three users in my organisation reporting that once they have viewed an adobe document and closed it the files gets deleted from the machine.
We have office 2010 and the latest Adobe reader Version.
I have removed all adobe products resintalled and still suffering the same issue.
Highly unlikely. Reader does not delete files.
Maybe they are viewing the files directly from the web, and the cache is cleared after they view it?
If not, it might be a virus.
Would love to beleive that but I have three users in my organisation with this issue I have seen it with my own eyes the file get opened printed and closed then its deleted from the network drive. sometimes its not even printed just viewed closed and it self deletes.
Would be nice if an Adobe Expert sees this post.
