Nope... hole is patched but money is already gone after buying a Vizio Tablet (better than Kindle Fire OR B&N Nook) and Lorex wireless security system
Just posting links in case anyone is looking for bargains
Plus, go to Newegg and sign up for their email notices to receive messages about special deals

Bill Hunt Nov 23, 2011 3:12 PM (in response to able123)My money comes and goes
My money comes and goes
My money comes and goes
And rolls and flows and rolls and flows
Through the holes in the pockets in my clothes
From Walking Down the Line, by Bob Dylan. Sounds best, when sung by Joan Baez.

John T Smith Nov 24, 2011 9:16 AM (in response to able123)Thanks... not 100% yet, but the 'band around my head' and my cough are a bit less today, so looks like there may be an end to this cold
Turkey goes in the oven in 2 hours, and 3.5 hours after that I begin disassembly and everything into the big (4 gallon?) soup pot
What with various ailments and other plans, I think we'll have 6 people here for dinner... so, with a 22Lb bird, will be some leftovers to go into the soup
Everyone have a great day!

I'm not buying anything, but I did see a 500G Hitachi drive for $50 in the Components section

able123 Nov 25, 2011 10:57 AM (in response to John T Smith)I went to the store to browse and maybe buy some super deals stuff....
I had to fight several people to park the car a mile away from the front door ( perimeter of parking lot which had the most people leaving at that time )... but no big deal. thats sorta normal in nyc area for street parking.. but unusual for giant mall parking.
when I got to the electronics section ( very crowded ! had to move kinda sideways like a crab ) a bunch of cops were in the process of arresting some woman who pepper sprayed some guy who wanted the same item she did. She won the fight for the item but someone called the cops and she had to drag the item behind her ( due to being handcuffed behind her back ).. she was foaming at the mouth. Even the cops were afraid to try and get the item out of her hands, handcuffed or not .
Since the electronics section was kinda crazy I went to the housewares section. Another group of cops was arresting some woman who punched some other woman in the face while fighting over the last Martha Stewart " make a fruit basket out of acorns " kit... acorns included.
I just left the store then... too busy... very long lines at registers and too much yelling and screaming...
Im gonna watch football instead and have some beers and relax at home. At least football games have strict rules of engagement , unlike the mall.
ps.. when I got back to my car to leave..it took me a while to get out of the spot because 10 cars were all trying to get my spot once I got out... and none of them would give me room to actually get OUT of the spot... so I had to get out of the car and personally direct a few cars to ease back a little so I could get out. As I drove away I heard a lot of screaming and yelling and non-stop horns blaring....
Probably more cops will have to be called.

I clicked on Google news a bit ago, and the top of the page linked to an article discussing "store rage" violence in several places around the US
Yet another reason to shop online!
