    Mr. Murray West

question: I downloaded an update to my free Adobe Reader software, but there was no place on the screen to click allowing me to agree to the license agreement. How do I agree to the license agreement? Thank you. Murray West

If it's an update, then that implies that you already have the application installed. Generally speaking, you don't need to agree to further EULAs to install an update because you already did that when you installed the original program.

In that respect, an update is merely a patch to the original application adding perhaps more features, or fixing security issues for example. It's not a standalone program.
