So after two days of battling to download the trial of Premiere Elements 10, I discover that videos I make with the software have a thick black band across the middle that says "Created with Adobe Premiere Elements Trial Version." Oh my. Is this really necessary? Is there a way to get rid of this band? Yikes, I never anticipated this particular problem. (Well, that, and the fact that the audio seems to be coming only out of the left channel.) Oy.

I can't comment about the trial notice... I've always bought without using a trial
Yes, all rendered video from the trial has the watermark band across it. You can remove it once you've purchased and registered it, per the FAQs to the right of this forum.
