Why does www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer offer version 10?

It's my normal practice before reinstalling flash Player to download the newest standalone uninstaller, plus the installers for the IE and Firefox version of the player.   I normally get the latter by visiting:  www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer   using Firefox and (for FF) downloading the suggested installer, then (for IE) revisiting that page, selecting 'different browser' and choosing the IE version.

Today when I go to this page (and whenever I follow a variety of 'get latest version' links from elsewhere on the Adobe site), I'm always taken to a page offering me version 10.3.183.11     But I've already got V11.0.1.152, so this can't possibly be the right new version for me,   And in any case, how can all these 'latest version' links offer a downlevel product?

I'm sure lots of people won't have noticed that the version being offered is not the version they actually want.

Why isn't www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer offering the right files?
