In the Training Tab, you will have a link to the Training Catalog where you can set up any folder structure you would like. This feature is available to Admins and Training Managers.
Is there any way to lockdown the folder structure so that only certain folders show to certain groups?
ie I want to have 2 folders in the root of the training catalog:
I would like the sales group to only see their folder not the rest of the training catalog.
The permissions for this work just like any other folder structure in Connect. Make the Parent folder viewable by all those who need to see the sub folders and then make the sub folders viewable by only those that need to be able to see that content.
Users will be able to see the that the other sub folders are there, but they will not be able to access the content in those folders.
