    Card for composite video output

I work for a school district which creates videos through Premiere Pro CS5 and then broadcasts this with composite.  Their old computer that did this used CS2 with an ancient Matrox card, but this computer has blown capacitors now.  I tried to do some research for a cheaper end card that will work well for them and found the Black Magic Intensity Pro.  I saw good reviews and now that I have it and installed it, I am seeing all the issues.  I may be a tech, but I am not a video person.  After finding out I had to use the proper sequences for Black Magic, it works, but the audio drops for a split second randomly.

Can anyone tell me a good card that would work well.  I would prefer an internal PCIe card with the composite out.  This will be going in an HP microtower 6005.
