I've purchase my Acrobat X standard from your web site and downloaded it onto my computer. After installing the software, it requested that i update my software. i tried downloading the software but everytime after downloading, a error message came up: ERROR WRITING TO FILE : C:\CONFIG.MSI\PF54.TMP. VERIFY THAT YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THAT DIRECTORY. I've tried the help on your website by un-installing my adobe reader and then update the acrobat X. The same message came up again. please assist.
This issue usually occurs when the destination folder does not have the required permissions to copy/run a specific installation file.
