JWH-NIRC Nov 29, 2011 12:22 AM (in response to John Hawkinson)This was the first thing I had tried, but it doesn't affect the Glyphs panel. Not expecting so quick a response, I went and tried a more drastic step a couple of minutes ago: backing up and then deleting the entire "Cache" subdirectory at C:\Users\myname\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign\Version 5.0\.
It worked.
