Hi the problem acurres when shooting shots with lighting around its as if the white balance is changing I had this on premier 7 if I added certain effects it caused same problem if I deleted them it was ok I'm shoot on Sony nx70 cam on standard quality it has internal hard drive and uses avc mpeg2 sendings on start up are pal 16/9 import from downloaded hard drive any ideas

Many "Auto" Effects can cause "flickering," or "strobing." They work pretty well, if there are no lighting, or exposure changes, but where those happen, the Auto Effects, sort of "hunt" for the right fix, and in those spots, flickering can take place. It looks a bit like the exposure "seeking," back when auto apertures were done with small servo motors. The aperture would open, or close, beyond the ultimate opening, and then "seek" to find the right one - though that was a mechanical fault, the resulting footage looks similar.
