I apologize in advance if this is a dumb question. We'd like to create a custom on-line application form for prospective staff using a template on Adobe forms central. When we're done with the applcation and want to get it to applicants, what will the URL of the document actualy be? Will it read "https://adobeformscentral.com/myfilename" or can we re-name the form to "www.ourwebsite.com/my file name" if we embed the document in our website? We'd like to be able to change the name to something that identifies our organization to applicants. Is there any other way to do this if we can't re-name the document from formcentral? Thanks for any help.
There isn't anyway to customize the link. It will always be of this form (no pun intended ): https://adobeformscentral.com/?f=9YDk*zu3y7s5SKD1jnnatg
The way around this would be to embed the form (Distribute tab -> Embed -> Copy code) into your web page. If you do that then people won't see our URL, only the URL of your web page.
