Hiding the focused state of a DIV

I've added a Spry collapsible panel supplied in Dreamweaver and have prettied it up the way I want it but cannot lose the gaudy blue box around the panel tab when it's in focus. See below the closed and then opened panel.

I've tried with two different CSS rules to specify "no border," and predictably this hasn't worked. The rule names are:

.CollapsiblePanelTabHover, .CollapsiblePanelOpen , .CollapsiblePanelTabHover and .CollapsiblePanelFocused .CollapsiblePanelTab

Neither of them work, whether only one is given the rule, or both are. My HTML is pretty good, my CSS so-so, and my JavaScript pathetic. If anyone can get me a solution here or point to one someplace else, I'll be very grateful.
