    mp4 streaming is slow

      I created an MP4 h.264 file:

      1.7mbps target

      AAC 128kbps 44.1kHz stereo

      VBR 2 pass

      square pixels

      use maximum render quality

      render at maximum depth

The video plays back on my PC fine.

I sent it to the company that hosts the file and they say that it loads super slow on their video streaming server.

They used some video converter and selected "flatten" which allowed the file to play faster.  However the quality was greatly reduced.

Their settings were the same as far as bitrate and screensize.

I need some help as how to create this "flatten" setting in preimere or media encoder.  or do I need to get some other software to convert it?
