Dave LaRonde Dec 5, 2011 12:03 PM (in response to reindeer4)Uninstall all Adobe applications. Download & run the CS 5.5 Cleaner application: find it here. Then try again with the master suite.

2. Re: About the CS5.5 trial
reindeer4 Dec 5, 2011 4:16 PM (in response to Dave LaRonde)Would I need to uninstall my own copy of Adobe CS4 or just all of the CS5 trials that I'd downloaded? (and if I have CS4 on my system, is there any chance of the CS5.5 cleaner messing it up - because I only have a week left on my trial and don't want to mess up my regular installation in pursuit of a few days of full CS5.5 functionality.
Thanks for the explanation and any further clarification you can provide.

3. Re: About the CS5.5 trial
Dave LaRonde Dec 6, 2011 8:45 AM (in response to reindeer4)If you own AE 9, it will remain unharmed. If you have an AE 10 tryout, get rid of it using the procedure described above. There's a cleaner for CS 5 applications, too.
