Basic 3d cannot allocate buffer larger than 30000 pixels in either direction error

I'm working on a project where I want to swivel a part of a logo. 0-66 degrees are no problem, but above that the logo turns all black and I get the error "Basic 3d cannot allocate buffer larger than 30000 pixels in either direction error."

This at work on an unfortunately underpowered computer (Intel iMac with 2GB RAM on Windows 7 Core 2 Duo). Over the weekend, I tried this at home where I have a lot more power (AMD Phenom quad core, 6 GB RAM, Nvidia Gefore 5400 1GB graphics card) and I still have the same problem.

Both attempts were with 1080p at 30fps sequences. The graphics are smaller than the 1920x1080 dimensions too so I'm not sure where the 30000 pixels is coming from in the error. Any ideas? Thanks.
