I'm trying to determine what the definition of an Interactive PDF truely is. I'm wondering if it would be a good start to consider a "simple" or "standard" PDF as one that is simply designed for viewing and printing and go from there. Should I consider then, an Interactive PDF to be one that goes beyond this simple viewing, to include things like hyperlinks, form fields, visual effects, animation, and use of various media types (like audio and video files). Is there a definition out there that Adobe uses to define Interactive PDF?
It's quite a mess…
