Are you using disc # 4 for Windows? Also make sure you are in the root of the DVD and not inside a folder somehow. It's there on my copy for what that's worth. I should also say my set is both Premiere and Photoshop so I have 5 discs. If yours is PrE only, I suppose you have fewer discs but I'm sure they are labeled Windows vs Mac.
Thanks for the response. I have 5 disks. Disks 4 and 5 are both labeled "Content".Gotcha! I didn't notice that Disk 4 was a content disk until your message. Thanks.
I'm installing now. You ROCK!
I have the 5 disk set combo. My understanding is that disk one is for windows, disk 2 is for windows 64 bit, and disk 3 is for the Mac, and disk 4 is for windows content and disk 5 is for Mac content. I also tried to use disk 5 content for windows too. Live and Learn!!
Yeah, I "learned" after wasting a lot of time! It's nice to have company out
there on the learning curve!
Thanks for the response!
There does seem to be some confusion on which discs, one does the full install from. As there are now both Mac and PC versions, AND there is a 32-bit and 64-bit version for the PC, a lot of discs. Maybe Adobe needs to do a better job of marking the discs, to help with that confusion?
