This is the lazy way out and not effective. To be a programmer, you need to be able to read and write code obviously, to think in the language, to consult the Actionscript reference., etc. It is not a visual thing and video is not the way to do it. Documentation , on the other hand, is permanent and searchable - so where is it? Just because kiddies don't like to read these days and need a video of everything does not mean Adobe should slavishly follow the fad.
